DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery & Shipping Information

Delivery times are determined by stock availability and the level of customisation required. If the product(s) are in stock, we offer immediate delivery. For customised embroidery and/or screen printing, delivery times depend on the quantity and complexity of the design.

If the items are not in stock, they can typically be ready within one week. However, expedited delivery can be arranged if needed urgently. Generally, delivery times for yacht crew uniform orders range from 14 to 21 working days, assuming the items are in stock. An express service is available at an additional cost.

As many of our clients are not based in Mallorca year-round, we offer worldwide delivery through our partner, Rapid Transit Service S.L. Shipping costs vary based on the delivery location, as well as the weight and size of your order. We typically ship using the UPS Economy service.

For orders requiring shipment or when the credit card holder is not present, payments can be made easily, quickly, and securely online through a credit card payment link.

Return Policy

Customized items, including garments that are printed, washed, dyed, re-labelled, decorated, or special-order products, are non-returnable. For non-branded clothing, items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition with labels and packaging intact. All returns require prior approval via email. Please note that close-out, sale, or discounted items are final and cannot be returned. Customized items are also non-returnable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us immediately via email, and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional charge.
